| Proposed dividend comprise of single tier cash dividend of 1.00 sen and share dividend via a distribution of treasury share on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every one hundred (100) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each held, fractions of treasury shares to be disregarded. The dividend per share of the share dividend is calculated based on the market closing price on 25 February 2015 of 1.68 sen per share. |
