Proposed dividend comprise of single tier cash dividend of 1.00 sen and share dividend via a distribution of treasury shares on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every one hundred (100) ordinary share of RM0.50 each held, fractions of treasury shares to be disregarded. The dividend per share of the share dividend is calculated based on the market closing price on 20 August 2015 of 1.18 sen per share. |
