Remarks :
The proposed dividend of 10 sen per share as stated in item 6 is the proposed final dividend in respect of financial year 31/12/2010 which has been announced on 26/04/2011. The said proposed dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 03/06/2011.
