Guys finally after one month of waiting, Brent oil price has cross USD 46. Knm has good fundamental and cash cow such as :
1. BORSIG
2.impress ethanol
3. FBM Hudson
Even in COVIC19 environment, knm is still making money as impress ethanol is producing 500,000 litres of enthanol everyday!
Based on very conservative calculation
EPS = 8 + 10 + 12 + 10 = 40 sen
PE 25 x 0.40 = RM 10
PE 30 x 0.40 = RM 12
PE 35 x 0.40 = RM 14
The next quarter ADV will surely exceed this quarter as more gloves counter report going to roll out. Not to mention there are tons of IPO earning that I didn't account.
Hold tight current TP will be RM 12.
