Quarterly report announced earlier then expected, but my TP has been hit this afternoon. All the best to all long term shareholders. I expect more warrant conversions and higher trading volume these next few days
Hi Tang, a good guess for Q2 report will be in end of August. This is based on previous years quarterly results announcement dates.
As far as my statement on MoU, it was just a question. But the timing is just luck. :)
Regarding MoA / MoU, like you I was confused at first, but after some research I found both of them are still not legally binding unlike a contract. Wikipedia has a good write up on these terms. Hope this helps with your research.
I lost some money during the previous 60c rally, but I have managed to recover my loss from PA conversion and normal trading. As it is, I expect the next quarter results to look fantastic, and the shares to skyrocket briefly and slowly drop just as before.
Jean, I have hard time believing a timber company which only started IT business 2 years ago is capable of carrying out these multi million projects.
So far, as far as I can tell, the only sources of income for ARB since this year are
1. Selling off asserts from the timber business
2. PA conversions.
May I know your opinions on this? It is good to have a discussion so we can come up with a good strategy.
After the long weekend, I had a chance to study this stock. As I read more and more, I begin to understand what people mean by sharks and operators. Hence, I decided to cut loss and sold once the markets opened earlier this week. I consider this loss as a tuition fee, which has taught me a valuable lesson. With some work, it is easy to create hype out of a dying company.
