Further to the above, Mercury Securities wishes to announce, on behalf of the Board, that the Company has decided not to place out the remaining 93,465,400 Placement Shares out of the 750,044,000 Placement Shares allocated under the Maximum Scenario. As such, the Private Placement is deemed completed.
67,578,600, 50,000,000 and 9,000,000 Placement Shares, being the fifth and final tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 11 December 2020, 14 December 2020 and 16 December 2020 respectively.
