On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that an office copy of the High Court Order dated 11 February 2019 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 4 March 2019 and accordingly, the resolution for the SCR has taken effect on 4 March 2019 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.
The settlement of the SCR Offer Price will be effected on 14 March 2019.
