With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DIALOG, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.      

DIALOG-C51 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 July 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The DIALOG-C51 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 July 2019 and the Term Sheet for the DIALOG-C51 dated 14 August 2019.

A summary of the principal terms of the DIALOG-C51 is set out in Table 1.
