ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS EXPIRING ON 28 JUNE 2019 OVER ORDINARY SHARES ("SHARES") OF AIRASIA GROUP BERHAD ("AIRASIA") ("AIRASIAC74") PURSUANT TO A SPECIAL DIVIDEND OF 90 SEN PER SHARE ("SPECIAL DIVIDEND").
 

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 30 Jul 2019
2)  The last date of lodgment : 31 Jul 2019

Remarks:- Effective 30 July 2019, the Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio will be adjusted based on the following formula (and rounded to the nearest 4 dp): (i) Adjusted Exercise Price = X x (P-D) / P (ii) Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E x (P-D) / P P = Closing price of the Share on the last Market Day on which the Shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis D = RM 0.90, being the Special Dividend per one (1) Share held X = RM 2.1711, being the existing Exercise Price immediately prior to the Special Dividend E = 2.6053, being the existing Exercise Ratio immediately prior to the Special Dividend. No adjustments shall be made if the formulae stated above results in an adjustment which would amount to less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
