We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DIGI by way of market making.

The DIGI-C31 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The DIGI-C31 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. The DIGI-C31 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2018. The obligations of MCSM under DIGI-C31 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018.
