We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of GENTING.

The GENTINGC65 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 April 2018 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The GENTINGC65 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 April 2018 and the Term Sheet dated 18 April 2019.

The GENTINGC65 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 23 April 2018.
