We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 40,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PMETAL by way of market making. The PMETAL-C26 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The PMETAL-C26 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. The PMETAL-C26 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2018. The obligations of MCSM under PMETAL-C26 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. A summary of the principal terms of PMETAL-C26 is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 06 March 2019. |
