Tiger Synergy Berhad ("TSB" or the "Company") Adjustments to the exercise price and the number of outstanding warrants 2013/2018 of the Company constituted by the deed poll dated 18 November 2013 ("Deed Poll 2013/2018") ("Outstanding Warrants 2013/2018") pursuant to the share consolidation of 4 existing ordinary shares in TSB into 1 new ordinary share in TSB at 5.00 P.M. on 5 June 2018 ("Share Consolidation")
Pursuant to the Share Consolidation, details of which are set out in the announcement dated 10 January 2018, the exercise price of the Outstanding Warrants 2013/2018 will be revised from RM0.17 to RM0.68 each while 115,249,165 Consolidated Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 6 June 2018 (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments"). Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll 2013/2018, the Adjustments takes effect on 6 June 2018, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation. The notice to the holders of the Outstanding Warrants 2013/2018 containing details of the Adjustments will be despatched to the holders of the Outstanding Warrants 2013/2018 in due course. This announcement is dated 5 June 2018.
