We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of UMW.

The UMW-C22 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 May 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The UMW-C22 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 14 May 2019 and the Term Sheet dated 13 January 2020.

The UMW-C22 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 14 May 2019.

A summary of principal terms of the UMW-C22 is set out in Table 1.
