We wish to announce that the MYEG-C69 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of MYEG-C69 x (Closing Price Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of MYEG-C69 x (RM1.1118 RM1.65) x (1/3) = Number of MYEG-C69 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM1.1118 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MYEG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised MYEG-C69 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the MYEG-C69 shall terminate absolutely.
