The Board of Directors of MGB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 11 February 2020, approved the Company’s application dated 31 December 2019, relating to an extension of time to amend the Company’s Constitution.
Bursa Securities has granted the Company an extension of time until 31 December 2020 or until the date of the adjourned 16th Annual General Meeting, whichever is the earlier, to amend the Constitution.
