The Board of Directors of Ni Hsin is pleased to announce that Ni Hsin had on 13 February 2020 entered into an investment agreement (“Agreement”) with Seamog for the proposed subscription of 250,000 ordinary shares for a total cash consideration of RM250,000.00 (“Proposed Subscription”), subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. After the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Ni Hsin will hold 22.73% of the equity interest in Seamog and Seamog will become an associate company of Ni Hsin. Please refer to the attached file for further details of the Proposed Subscription. This announcement is dated 13 February 2020. |
