Reference is made to our announcements dated 5 November 2019 in relation to the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MYEG (“Existing Issue”) and 25 February 2020 in relation to the further issue by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MYEG (“Further Issue”) by way of market making.

The purpose of the Further Issue is to facilitate the market making process of the Existing Issue. The Further Issue will form part of the Existing Issue and the terms and conditions of the Further Issue will be identical with the Existing Issue.

The MYEG-C84 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MYEG-C84 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019. The MYEG-C84 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2019, the Existing Issue Term Sheet dated 5 November 2019 and the Further Issue Term Sheet dated 2 March 2020.
