Reference is made to the following: -

(a) The announcement issued by the Company on 29 March 2020 in relation the Notice of 23rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Compamy to be held at Ballroom 1, Level 2, G Hotel, 168A, Persiaran Gurney, 10250 George Town, Penang on Wednesday, 6 May 2020 at 2.30 p.m.

(b) The announcement by the Honourable Prime Minister on 10 April 2020 in relation to a further extension of the Movement Control Order period from 14 April 2020 to 28 April 2020 nationwide to curb the spread of the COVID-19 in Malaysia.

In view of the above, the Company wishes to inform its shareholders that the 23rd AGM shall be deferred to a later date which will be notified in due course.
