Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 28 April 2017, 27 April 2018, 16 May 2018, 25 October 2018, 14 November 2018, 24 April 2019, 17 May 2019, 21 October 2019 and 20 November 2019 in relation to the submission of a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities. On behalf of the Board of Directors of THHE, PIVB wishes to announce that an application for an extension of time of 6 months from 23 April 2020 to 22 October 2020 for the Company to submit the regularisation plan (“EOT Application”) has been submitted to Bursa Securities today.
