We refer to the announcement made by AXIATA on 10 April 2020 pursuant to a Special Dividend of 0.5 sen per Ordinary Share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 18 October 2018, no adjustments will be made to AXIATA-48 pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price of AXIATA-C48.
