Further to the announcement made by Versatile Creative Berhad (“Company”) on 12 February 2020, the Company wishes to announce that the Plaintiff’s solicitors, Messrs Rose Hussin, have filed an application for summary judgment on 19 May 2020 and the same was fixed for case management on 20 May 2020 before the learned High Court Judge. The Court fixed the hearing of the Plaintiff’s application for summary judgement for 14 July 2020.
Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
