In view of the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic and Movement Control Order issued by the Government affecting timely completion and availability of the quarterly report, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has granted to listed issuers an extension of time up to June 30, 2020 from May 31, 2020 for release of quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2020.  

As such, Farlim wishes to announce that the said quarterly report will be released and announced by June 30, 2020.
