The Board of Directors of WMG Holdings Bhd. ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking the shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Parties Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposal") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Circular setting out the details of the Proposal will  be despatched to the shareholders in due course and the resolution for the Proposal will be set out as special business in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
