We refer to the announcements dated 16 December 2019, 13 February 2020, 27 March 2020, 22 April 2020, 12 May 2020, 19 May 2020, 20 May 2020, 21 May 2020, 29 May 2020, 02 June 2020, 01 July 2020, 10 July 2020, 15 July 2020 and 21 July 2020.
The Board of Directors of Seal Incorporated Berhad ("SEAL" or "the Company") wishes to announce that 24 July 2020 was fixed for case management of the Judicial Review proceedings filed by Wabina to set aside the Companies (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2020.
The Court had given the direction on the following:-
a) All Respondents including SPKL to file and serve Affidavit in Reply to Enclosure 21 on or before 24 August 2020; and b) Wabina to file Affidavit in response to the respective Respondents' Affidavits on or before 17 September 2020.
The Court has adjourned the matter to 21 September 2020 for further case management for all parties to update on the status of the exchange of Affidavits.
Further material development on the matter will be announced accordingly.
