Effective 4 August 2020, the Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio were adjusted in accordance with the following formula (and rounded to the nearest four decimal points):

(i) 	Adjusted Exercise Price = X / (1+N)
(ii) 	Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E / (1+N)

Where:

X 	= 	RM8.88, being the existing Exercise Price immediately prior to the Bonus Issue

N 	= 	1/2, being the number of Bonus Shares (whether a whole or a fraction) received by a Shareholder for each Share held prior to the Bonus Issue

E 	= 	10.00, being the existing Exercise Ratio immediately prior to the Bonus Issue
