We wish to announce that the YTL-C29 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 August 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of YTL-C29 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of YTL-C29 x (RM0.6968 - RM0.935) x (1/1) = Number of YTL-C29 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM0.6968 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of YTL shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised YTL-C29 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the YTL-C29 shall terminate absolutely.
