We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of ACO, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that ACO Holdings and the Vendors (collectively referred to as “Parties”) had mutually agreed to extend the SSA Conditional Period until 31 December 2020 to enable the Parties to satisfy the conditions precedent as stipulated in the SSA.
Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SSA remain unchanged.
The extension letter is available for inspection at the registered office of ACO at Unit 30-01, Level 30, Tower A, Vertical Business Suite, Avenue 3, Bangsar South, No. 8 Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
