On behalf of the Board of Directors of Compugates, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.018 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.018 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.002 or 10.0% from the 5-day weighted average market price of Compugates from 26 October 2020 to 2 November 2020 of RM0.020 per Share.
