Adjustment to the Exercise Price and Number of Outstanding Warrants Pursuant to the Share Split
a) As the Maturity Date for the BAssets Warrants is a non-Market Day (i.e. on Saturday, 17 March 2018), pursuant to the provisions in the Deed Poll dated 12 February 2008 constituting the BAssets Warrants (Deed Poll), the Maturity Date shall be the Market-Day immediately preceding the non-Market Day (i.e. on Friday, 16 March 2018). b) On 24 November 2017, BAssets completed its share split exercise which involved the subdivision of 1 existing ordinary share into 2 ordinary shares in the Company. Arising from the subdivision of BAssets ordinary shares and pursuant to the provisions in the Deed Poll, the following adjustments were made to the BAssets Warrants: i) an additional of 249,888,548 BAssets Warrants were issued on 23 November 2017 to the 249,888,548 outstanding warrants, which resulted in the total number of outstanding warrants to increase to 499,777,096 BAssets Warrants; and ii) the Exercise Price of the BAssets Warrants (which entitles each warrant to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in BAssets to be satisfied in cash) was revised from RM1.00 per BAssets share to RM0.50 per BAssets share.
