We wish to announce that the MBSB-C28 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 November 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of MBSB-C28 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of MBSB-C28 x (RM0.5812 - RM0.80) x (1/1) = Number of MBSB-C28 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM0.5812 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MBSB shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised MBSB-C28 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the MBSB-C28 shall terminate absolutely.
