We wish to announce that DRBHCOMC82 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 November 2019 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
= Number of DRBHCOMC82 x (Closing Price – Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DRBHCOMC82 x RM0.11700
The Closing Price of RM2.4510 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the DRBHCOM Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
