DISCLOSURE OF DEALINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 19 OF THE RULES ON TAKE-OVERS, MERGERS AND COMPULSORY ACQUISITIONS ISSUED BY THE SECURITIES COMMISSION MALAYSIA ("RULES")

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 5 October 2020, 15 October 2020, 28 October 2020, 1 December 2020 and 30 December 2020 in relation to the Proposal (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
