Cash Settlement Amount = Number of SIMEPROP-CW x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of SIMEPROP-CW x (RM0.6465 - RM0.65) x (1/1) = Number of SIMEPROP-CW x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM0.6465 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SIMEPROP shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised SIMEPROP-CW will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the SIMEPROP-CW shall terminate absolutely.
