INDUSTRY BERHAD ("VS") ("VS-C40") PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 1,920,788,116 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN VS ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING SHARE HELD IN VS AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 18 MAY 2021
