We refer to the announcement made by SAPNRG dated 17 December 2018 and our announcement dated 18 December 2018, respectively, pertaining to the renounceable rights issue of 9,986,925,145 new ordinary shares in SAPNRG (“Shares”) (“Rights Shares”) at an issue price of RM0.30 per Rights Share on the basis of five (5) Rights Shares for every three (3) Shares held at 5.00 pm on 31 December 2018.
There shall be no adjustment to the terms and conditions of SAPNRGC72 as the cum-rights share price is less than the subscription price of the Rights Issue. Therefore, the Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio of SAPNRGC72 shall remain the same.
