= Number of TOPGLOV-C95 x (RM4.4955 - RM12.00) x (1/33)
= Number of TOPGLOV-C95 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM4.4955 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the TOPGLOV Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and TOPGLOV-C95 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of TOPGLOV-C95 shall terminate absolutely.
