We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the SCR. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court had on 14 October 2021 granted an order confirming the reduction of the share capital of the Company under Section 116 of the Act ("High Court Order") to give effect to the SCR.

Following the above, AMPROP will lodge an office copy of the High Court Order with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act ("Lodgement") in due course. The SCR will become effective upon the Lodgement ("Effective Date"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Effective Date shall be on the same day as the Entitlement Date, which will be announced in due course.

In this regard, the latest tentative timetable for the implementation of the SCR is as follows:

(1) This is an indicative timetable. If any of the events are changed or delayed, the subsequent events will be adjusted accordingly.

(2) The trading of AMPROP Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one (1) Market Day prior to the Entitlement Date.
