We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by CIMB Bank of up to 150,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled put warrants over the FBMKLCI

The FBMKLCI-H4P is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 27 April 2017 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The FBMKLCI-H4P is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 5 May 2017, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 October 2017 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 December 2017 and the Term Sheet for the FBMKLCI-H4P dated 18 January 2018.

The FBMKLCI-H4P is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the FBMKLCI-H4P is set out in Table 1.
