We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 70,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KAREX by way of market making.

The KAREX-C9 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The KAREX-C9 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 29 September 2017. The KAREX-C9 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2017. The obligations of MCSM under KAREX-C9 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 29 September 2017.
