The Board of Directors of MCOM wishes to announce that upon receipt the consent to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs UHY ("UHY"), UHY is appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 on 5 December 2022 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
