The Board of Directors of Dancomech wishes to announce that its 55.0%-owned subsidiary, Arah Edar (M) Sdn Bhd, has on 15 June 2023 at 10.59 pm (i.e. after 4.30 pm), lodged an adjudication application with the Singapore Mediation Centre (“SMC”) for the amount of Singapore Dollar One Million Two Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred Six and Cent Seventy Four (SGD1,233,506.74) against SH Design & Build Pte Ltd (“Adjudication Application”).  Pursuant to the prevailing SMC Adjudication Rules, the Adjudication Application is considered to have been lodged on 16 June 2023.
