MK Land Holdings Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that further to the Company's announcement on 8 June 2023, Crest Builders Sdn Bhd ("CBSB") has filed an application in the Kuala Lumpur High Court dated 21 June 2023 to register the arbitration award.

Based on the advice from the Company's solicitors, the Board of Directors is in the opinion that Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd ("STSB") has valid and reasonable grounds to stay the enforcement and set aside the arbitration award.

The Company will announce any material development arising from the above matter at the appropriate time.
