| Working experience and occupation | Ms Wee See Yee started her audit career at Messrs. SC Lim, Ng & Co. involving in audit and advisory service. Her audit experience includes a wide range of sectors/industries such as trading, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, services and property development. She left the firm in 2006 and served as the Assistant Accountant of Edaran Precision Industries Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of LNG Resources Berhad for a period of two years. In 2008, she joined Home Upholstery Industries Sdn Bhd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Homeritz Corporation Berhad (Homeritz) (Group) as the Group Accountant. During her services at Homeritz, she was involved in the application of the Initial Public Offering (IPO), the successful listing of Homeritz on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia in 2010, investor relationship activities, corporate ceremony, various corporate exercise, ranging from mergers and acquisitions, bonus issue and warrants issue. |
