Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 April 2020, 27 September 2022, 3 July 2023 and 20 July 2023 (“Announcements”), as well as the circular to shareholders dated 19 June 2023 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements and Circular.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court had on 10 August 2023 granted an order confirming the Proposed Share Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act (“Order”).
Following the above, the Company will proceed to extract the sealed Order and an office copy of the sealed Order will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies (“Lodgment”), in due course, for the Proposed Share Capital Reduction to take effect.
The Proposed Share Capital Reduction will become effective upon the Lodgment (“Effective Date”) and the Effective Date shall be announced in due course.
