The Company refers to its announcements dated 2 August 2023 and the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No. WA-22NCC-536-07/2023 which has been fixed for hearing on 11 August 2023.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the above Suit 536 was called up on 11 August 2023: -

(a)           The High Court had given parties directions on the filing of affidavits and written submissions for the Injunction Application, and had further fixed a hearing date for the Injunction Application on 10 October 2023; and

(b)          In respect of the Writ, the High Court had given parties directions on the filing of pleadings, and had further directed for the Writ to be case managed on the same day as the hearing of the Injunction Application viz on 10 October 2023.

Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pursuant to the Listing Requirements.
