The Board of Directors of Dancomech wishes to announce that its 55.0%-owned subsidiary, Arah Edar, has on 21 August 2023, via its solicitors, lodged an application for an adjudication review of the Adjudication Determination with SMC.

Any further material development on the above matter will be announced in due course.
