Reference is made to the announcement on 10 February 2023 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of GFB, we are pleased to announce that NuEnergy Gas Limited (“NuEnergy”), a subsidiary of GFB which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) has today announced on ASX, that Dart TE and PT LARAS ENERGY has on today mutually agreed to extend the Heads of Agreement (“HOA”):

1. to 31 December 2023; or
2. upon the execution of Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Parties; or
3. upon the Parties agree in writing to terminate the HOA before 31 December 2023;

whichever comes first.
