Inix Technologies Holdings Berhad ("Inix" or the "Company") Adjustments to the exercise price and the number of outstanding warrants 2015/2020 of the Company constituted by the deed poll dated 9 October 2015 ("Deed Poll") ("Warrants 2015/2020") pursuant to the share consolidation of every two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.05 each into one (1) new ordinary share of RM0.10 each ("Inix Share" or "Share") ("Consolidated Share") at 5.00 P.M. on 23 September 2016 ("Entitlement Date") ("Adjustments") ("Share Consolidation")
Pursuant to the Share Consolidation, details of which are set out in the announcement dated 9 May 2016, the exercise price of the Outstanding Warrants 2015/2020 will be revised from RM0.05 to RM0.10 each while the 104,317,125 Consolidated Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 26 September 2016 (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments"). The Adjustments will take effect on 26 September 2016, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date for the Share Consolidation, in accordance with the Deed Poll. The notice to the holders of the Outstanding Warrants 2015/2020 containing details of the Adjustments will be despatched to the holders of the Outstanding Warrants 2015/2020 in due course. This announcement is dated 23 September 2016.
