We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement II. On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 13 September 2023, informed that after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances, Bursa Securities has dismissed the appeal submitted by Pharmaniaga on 1 August 2023 to undertake the Proposed Private Placement II. In light of the above, Pharmaniaga would consider to include the private placement exercise to be undertaken as part of regularisation plan pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
